Labyrinth of Litigation
Pushed me to the brink of misanthrope! 10 years stuck in that bureaucratic maze of a Probate Court. We come out of it. We be here, We are alive, still! I learned be your own Attorney (unless you can get an astute Attorney like, K. William Clauson. There are great men that still exist). I'm talkin' 'bout case # (Docket No.) 315-2005-EQ-00354. "Petition to Partition" with a "Breach of Contract" lawsuit thrown in 10 years, held hostage, culminating in the "Valley Forge" winters of 2011-2015, cold (burning green/wet wood) and hunger (food stamps), sickness (rotten teeth) and disease (cancer). But really nothin' worse than what Jack and Peg (parents) went through back in the forties and fifties here @ Tamarack. Now the dust has settled (a little bit) and we can look forward to a life with neighbors from hell and Northern Pass bearing down. (stolen energy from stolen land to power the Texas war machine)
